All third-party payments (e.g., university application fees, test registration fees, visa fees, courier charges) are non-refundable, as these are governed by the respective third-party organizations.
Refunds from universities, visa centers, or test providers must be requested directly from those entities.
If a student has purchased a service package, no partial refunds will be issued for unused services once the package has been activated or any portion of it has been delivered.
